Meade Series 4000 12mm 1.25" MA Wireless Illiminated Reticle Astrometric Eyepiece

Meade Series 4000 MA 12mm Wireless Illuminated Reticle Astrometric Eyepiece (1.25") is a special purpose eyepiece for guiding during long exposure astrophotography as well as taking measurements. The eyepiece features illuminated crosshairs, so that the lines are clearly visible against a dark sky. May be used with a Meade Off-Axis Guider or directly in a diagonal or eyepiece holder.

This high precision eyepiece has four different illuminated scales for making astronomical measurements of angles and distances. Fully coated optics delivers contrast images. Rubber eyeguard is helpful for comfortable viewing and blocking distracting stray light. The night vision preserving red LED illumination features a variable brightness dial and on/off switch and is powered by small internal watch type batteries (included).
